Our state-of-the-art HQ is located at 16–18 Hatton Garden, London, with an additional location in Harvey Nichols, Manchester. Walk-ins are welcome at all locations and no appointment is required.
Order your secure, free, tracked and insured (up to £25,000) postage pack and send your watch for appraisal. Alternatively, drop in at one of our stores.
Our brand accredited watchmakers will carry out a full inspection of your watch and send your free of charge, no obligation Quote.
Once complete, your watch will be returned free of charge, in a complimentary LWR travel case or can be collected from our service centre.
A full service is backed by a 3 year warranty.
