Once we have inspected your watch and carried out diagnostics, a detailed quote and timescale will be provided. Should you proceed, updates will be provided, each step of the way.
Order your secure, free, tracked and insured (up to £25,000) postage pack and send your watch for appraisal. Alternatively, drop in at one of our stores.
Our brand accredited watchmakers will carry out a full inspection of your watch and send your free of charge, no obligation Quote.
Once complete, your watch will be returned free of charge, in a complimentary LWR travel case or can be collected from our service centre.
A full service is backed by a 3 year warranty.
