This is home to our state-of-the-art main service centre, vintage department and Head Office. You can also find us within Harvey Nichols in Manchester , Canary Wharf Station and on Madison Avenue in New York. We welcome walk ins at all locations and no appointment is required.
Order your secure, free, tracked and insured (up to £25,000) postage pack and send your watch for appraisal. Alternatively, drop in at one of our stores.
Our brand accredited watchmakers will carry out a full inspection of your watch and send your free of charge, no obligation Quote.
Once complete, your watch will be returned free of charge, in a complimentary LWR travel case or can be collected from our service centre.
A full service is backed by a 3 year warranty.
