TAG Heuer battery replacements are a fixed price of £48 (excluding the Connected model). The cost includes fitting a genuine battery, resealing the case and performing full pressure and water resistance tests. We always request your approval, prior to proceeding with any work.
We confirm the expected timescale after assessing your watch. If additional repairs or sealing components are required, we will explain these before proceeding.
Yes. Every TAG Heuer battery replacement includes case resealing and pressure and water resistance testing to ensure the watch maintains its water resistance. If the seals/ gaskets require replacement, we will advise accordingly and this will be an additional cost. If we don’t have them in stock, we will need to order them from TAG Heuer, which will take a little more time.
We provide authorised TAG Heuer servicing. If your watch is still covered by its original sales warranty, please check the retailer’s warranty terms before proceeding.
Yes. Simply order a free insured postage pack through our website. We will send you secure packaging and instructions so you can safely post your watch to us. Once the battery replacement is complete, your watch is returned via insured tracked delivery.
