TAG Heuer battery replacements are a fixed price of £48 (excluding the Connected model). The cost includes fitting a genuine battery, resealing the case and performing full pressure and water resistance tests. We always request your approval, prior to proceeding with any work.
Battery replacements are usually completed the same day we receive your watch. If you bring the watch in, please allow around 25 minutes and you are welcome to wait in our reception area, should you wish. If additional sealing components or testing are required, this may slightly extend turnaround time. We aim to complete all TAG Heuer battery replacements as quickly as possible while maintaining manufacturer standards.
Yes. Every TAG Heuer battery replacement includes case resealing and pressure and water resistance testing to ensure the watch maintains its water resistance. If the seals/ gaskets require replacement, we will advise accordingly and this will be an additional cost. If we don’t have them in stock, we will need to order them from TAG Heuer, which will take a little more time.
Whilst we are an official TAG Heuer service centre, if your watch is still under the sales warranty, we recommend checking the terms from the retailer prior to proceeding with ourselves.
Yes. Simply order a free insured postage pack through our website. We will send you secure packaging and instructions so you can safely post your watch to us. Once the battery replacement is complete, your watch is returned via insured tracked delivery.
