You may drop your watch off at our main service centre at 16-18 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8AT and no appointment is required. Battery replacements are carried out within 30 minutes and backed by a 2 year warranty.

Alternatively, you may order a free, secure postage pack (tracked & insured to £25,000).
