This is carried out at our Omega Approved Service Centre. Our senior watchmakers have been trained and certified by Omega's main service centre in the UK and Switzerland. Our service centre and all of our Omega watchmakers are of Level 3 certification, which is the highest accreditation provided by the brand and ensures your watch is serviced and returned in exactly the same way as if it were sent to Omega directly.
Estimates for watches with precious metal are typically higher. This includes bi-colour and gold.
All estimates and timescales are subject to inspection of the watch.
Refurbishment and polishing without any mechanical repair will incur a surcharge
Each OMEGA service includes the following :
- Dismantling of case
- Dismantling of movement
- Ultrasonic & steam cleaning of case and bracelet (where appropriate)
- Cleaning of movement and replacement of all worn movement parts
- Oiling of movement parts and components
- Replacement of battery (where applicable)
- Replacement of seals and gaskets
- Re-assembly of dial and hands
- Replacement of hands, where required
- Replacement of crown/ winder (including both pushers on chronograph models)
- Polishing and re-finishing of case & bracelet
- Full water & pressure resistance tests
- 5 day mechanical, time-keeping & power reserve tests
- 3 Year warranty
All after-care instructions are provided in the LWR booklet received, with the return of your watch. Each watch is returned within a complimentary, shock-resistant watch travel case.

An OMEGA watch usually contains over 160 parts. In order to keep your OMEGA reacting and performing in peak condition, it will require a service every three to five years. At Luxury Watch Repairs, we are solely dedicated to high quality timepieces. Our operation is based on ensuring that every watch is reverted back to its showroom functionality and appearance.
