OUR 5 STEP PROCESS

STEP 1

Once we receive your watch, our senior brand accredited watchmakers carry out a complimentary, no obligation inspection of your timepiece

STEP 2

Your dedicated watchmaker will contact you to confirm what work is required with an exact price

STEP 3

If you are happy to proceed, our watchmakers will begin the agreed work on the watch

STEP 4

Carry out full mechanical and water-resistance tests, where required

STEP 5

Provide a two year guarantee, covering all the work which we have carried out
